All orders are processed and prepared for shipment as part of our total delivery timeframe.

Processing includes order verification, product preparation, fulfillment, and shipment arrangement.

Please note that processing times may be affected during holidays, promotional periods, or high-demand seasons.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

For most U.S. orders, the estimated total delivery time is:

United States: 6–9 business days from the date your order is placed.

This estimated timeframe includes order processing, product preparation, fulfillment, and shipping.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, local postal service, carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your order.

We currently offer free U.S. shipping on qualifying orders over $69. Any free shipping offer will be clearly displayed on our website and applied at checkout when eligible.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after the package has been handed to the carrier.

5. Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

- carrier issues
- weather conditions
- incorrect shipping information
- high shipping volume during peak seasons
- holidays
- other circumstances beyond our control

6. Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

KickoffFan is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier first. You may also contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.

8. International Shipping

At this time, KickoffFan only ships within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.
