Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with KickoffFan.

Because many of our products are made to order, please review this Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders may only be changed or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, the order may already be in processing or production and can no longer be modified or canceled.

2. Return, Replacement, and Refund Request Window

All return, replacement, or refund requests must be submitted within 30 days from the delivery date shown in your tracking information.

Requests submitted after 30 days from the delivery date will not be eligible for review.

3. Returns and Exchanges

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- incorrect size selected by the customer
- change of mind
- preference changes
- incorrect color or style selected by the customer

Please review all product details, size information, and order selections carefully before completing your purchase.

4. Damaged, Defective, Misprinted, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days from the delivery date and as soon as possible after receiving your order.

To help us review your claim, please include:
- your order number
- a brief description of the issue
- clear photos showing the problem

If the issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

5. Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit or the tracking has not updated for an extended period, please contact us within 30 days from the shipping date so we can review the issue with the shipping carrier.

Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported missing may not be eligible for a refund or replacement. However, we will do our best to assist you.

6. Non-Refundable and Non-Returnable Situations

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds in the following situations:
- incorrect size selected by the customer
- incorrect shipping address entered at checkout
- changes requested after 12 hours from purchase
- delays caused by shipping carriers
- packages marked as delivered
- normal variations in color, print placement, or minor differences that do not affect the overall function or appearance of the item
- requests submitted more than 30 days after the delivery date

7. Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take several business days to process and post the refund.
